Information you provide
Our RFQ / Contact form collects your name, email, product or sourcing list, estimated quantity and requirements. Company, country or market, WhatsApp or phone number, and website are optional. We also receive the source page, product context and consent status submitted with the form. We may receive further business correspondence when you contact us by email or WhatsApp. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry, and do not submit sensitive personal information. Required fields are needed to process the online form; without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
Why we process information
We process information to respond to sourcing enquiries, communicate with prospective B2B buyers, understand product requirements, prepare quotations or sourcing proposals, and coordinate samples, specifications, customization and order discussions. We also maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, support website security and comply with applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not use this website for personalized advertising or advertising profiling.

Our RFQ / Contact form uses Formspree. The information submitted through the form is transmitted to Formspree for form processing and notification delivery. Enquiries are available to us through Formspree and notification emails so that we can respond and follow up. Email services also process messages sent to or from our business inbox. This policy does not assign a specific data centre location or fixed retention period to these providers.
Cloudflare and technical data
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery, CDN, security and infrastructure. Website requests and form processing may involve technical data such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring information and security or error logs. This processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The form also includes an anti-spam honeypot field. Cloudflare is not described or used here as a marketing analytics service.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently enable Google Analytics or non-essential analytics cookies on this website. We do not use marketing cookies, behavioral advertising or advertising profiling. Technical cookies or similar processing necessary for security, hosting, delivery or infrastructure may be used by the relevant services. If we introduce non-essential tracking, we will update this information and obtain consent where required before enabling it.
Who may receive information
Formspree, Cloudflare and email service providers receive or process information as needed for their services. Where necessary for your sourcing project, relevant requirements and business contact details may be shared with suppliers or coordination partners, limited to the information needed for that work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights, subject to applicable law.
International processing and transfers
We operate in China and serve international B2B customers. Personal data may be processed outside your country or region. International transfers may occur where service providers process data in different jurisdictions, subject to applicable legal requirements.
