Agree what will be checked, by whom and at what stage. Product identity, workmanship, operation, labels and packing should be tied to written acceptance criteria.
Resolve findings before release
Document discrepancies, requested corrections and release decisions. Inspection is not a guarantee of every product characteristic and does not replace applicable compliance evaluation.
